Lucky Charm Egghead NFTs and Fine-Art Prints with NFT

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, use, and ownership rights of Lucky Charm Egghead NFTs and Lucky Charm Egghead Fine-Art Prints with NFT. By purchasing or minting a Lucky Charm Egghead product, the buyer agrees to these terms.

Part 1: Lucky Charm Egghead NFTs

2. Definition and Acquisition

A Lucky Charm Egghead NFT is a unique digital collectible registered on the Ethereum blockchain.
It can be acquired through Free Minting or by purchasing it on external marketplaces such as OpenSea or Blur.
The NFT serves as a digital certificate of authenticity, linking it to physical and digital artworks.

3. Ownership Rights and Use

Buyers obtain full digital ownership of the Lucky Charm Egghead NFT.
The NFT may be resold on compatible NFT marketplaces.
Buyers do not acquire exclusive or commercial rights to the associated artwork.

4. Revenue Share from Art Sales

NFT holders receive 5% of the sales revenue (in ETH) from artworks based on their Egghead that are sold on Eggheads.World.
Payments are made periodically once a minimum payout threshold is reached.
Revenue distribution terms may be adjusted with prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Lucky Charm Eggheads are purely digital collectibles with no financial or speculative guarantees.
Value fluctuations depend on market conditions and blockchain developments.
Buyers are responsible for securely storing their NFTs. Lost access (e.g., due to loss of private keys) cannot be recovered.

Part 2: Lucky Charm Egghead Fine-Art Prints with NFT

6. Definition and Acquisition

A Lucky Charm Egghead Fine-Art Print is a high-quality Giclée print on Hahnemühle WT matte 310g paper.
Each Fine-Art Print purchase includes the corresponding Lucky Charm Egghead NFT, serving as a digital certificate of authenticity.

7. Ownership Rights and Use

Buyers acquire the physical artwork for private use.
Commercial use or reproduction of the artwork is not permitted.
The accompanying NFT is subject to the ownership terms outlined in Section 3.

8. Delivery and Warranty

Each Fine-Art Print is produced in gallery-quality upon order and shipped accordingly.
Delivery times are specified on Eggheads.World.
Claims for transport damage must be reported immediately.

9. Amendments to the T&C

These Terms and Conditions may be updated as needed. Any changes will be announced on Eggheads.World.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

These Terms and Conditions take effect immediately. By purchasing a Lucky Charm Egghead NFT or Fine-Art Print, the buyer agrees to these terms.
